Leen offers therapy services to adults in Virginia and Washington, D.C., including individual and relationship counseling. Certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trained in EMDR, Leen's practice is grounded in polyvagal and attachment-based approaches. They are committed to anti-racist, anti-carceral, and anti-oppressive practice. Leen fosters an atmosphere of curiosity and compassion, creating supportive spaces for meaningful transformation. Leen offers 90-minute intensive sessions for clients, providing ample time for deeper exploration, titration of trauma work, and smoother transitions in and out of the therapeutic process. This format benefits many clients, including neurodivergent individuals, those with complex trauma, and those who have found traditional talk therapy inadequate in meeting their needs. Leen is committed to providing several sliding scale spots for clients who may have difficulty affording the full session fee.
